Sand & Finish: Sanding to raw wood, spot & trowel filling of entire floor, restaining, and application of 2 coats of polyurethane on existing hardwood floors.

Screen & Coat: Buffing/Abrating of Floor, thorough cleaning & application of polyurethane on existing hardwood floors. This is recommended every two to three years to help build protective layers of Polyurethane on your floors to extend its life.
